Salmon Bowl

Ingredients
2 cups Leafy greens
1 cup Rice
4 fillets Wild salmon
Marinade ( 2tbsp tamari, 1tbsp honey, 1 garlic clove, 1tsp sesame oil)
1 cup chopped cucumber,
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
1/2 cup edamame
1/2 cup mango
Pickled ginger
Cilantro
Dressing (tamari, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, honey)
Preparation
Marinate the salmon for at least 30 min.
Then preheat the oven to 375 F, place the salmon in the oven for about 7-10 minutes depending on your cooked preference.
Prep the toppings, cut the cucumber into thin slices, cut up carrots, cut mango into chunks, prepare edamame.
Prepare the base with rice and greens of choice. Assemble the toppings along with pickled ginger and cilantro. Top the bowl with a drizzle of the dressing, and enjoy!
