Ingredients

  • 2 grass-fed pork tenderloins

  • Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar

  • 1/2 cup bone broth

  • Juice of 1 lemon


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Pat the pork tenderloins dry with a paper towel to ensure a perfect sear.

  • Mix all the spices in a small bowl, then generously season both sides of the pork.
