Fresh, bright, and lightly sweetened, this mint pomegranate mocktail is the perfect refreshing drink for warm days, dinner parties, or a simple afternoon reset. The combination of juicy pomegranate, cooling mint, fresh lemon juice, and sparkling water creates a vibrant Mediterranean-inspired drink that feels elevated while using simple ingredients.

Ingredients

2 tbsp pomegranate seeds

4–5 fresh mint leaves

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1–2 tsp agave

Sparkling water

Ice


Instructions

Add the pomegranate seeds and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker or sturdy glass.

Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently press the mint and crush the pomegranate seeds to release their flavor and juices.

Add the lemon juice, agave, and a handful of ice.

Shake well for about 30 seconds until chilled and fragrant.

Pour into a glass filled with fresh ice and top with sparkling water.

Garnish with extra mint leaves and a few pomegranate seeds before serving.


Notes

Tips for the Best Mocktail

Use fresh lemon juice: It makes the drink much brighter and more refreshing.

Don’t over-muddle the mint: Gently pressing releases flavor without making the drink bitter.

Adjust sweetness to taste: Start with 1 tsp agave and add more if desired.
